From Industrial Site to Living Space

The focus of Rhystadt is the 160,000 m² development site in the Klybeck district, which is due to be converted in stages into a versatile and vibrant mix of living, working and residential space over the next two decades. Rhystadt acquired the hitherto publicly inaccessible industrial site from Novartis Pharma AG in 2019. It intends to open up the property from all sides and transform it into an attractive new city quarter as part of the larger „klybeckplus“ project.
