Professional Activities
Daniela Casu is Head of Environment at Rhystadt AG. She has more than 15 years of experience in project management, infrastructure management, and digital transformation in the public sector. Most recently, Daniela Casu served as Project Manager and Lead of the Project Management Office at the Canton of Zug. Prior to that, she led the coordinated planning of strategic construction projects for the City of Lucerne and was responsible for the implementation of several digital platforms.
Earlier positions took her to Hirslanden, where she worked in business development, and to Renergia Zentralschweiz AG, where she served as Project Manager. She began her career as a qualified Biomedical Analyst HF at the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital and at Labor medica in Zurich.
